November 2nd and 16th, 11-2
Are you needing to knit a few small projects to gift this season?
This KAL is all about planning and organizing your gift knitting so that at least a few special people can get hand knits this year.
This means small projects like hats, cowls, scarves and mitts that can be knit up quickly and still look fantastic.
Knitters can choose their own projects but if you need help deciding what to knit, Brigit will have a list of suggestions and she will bring some samples to help the decision making process.
This KAL is great for those who know how to knit but may need help with techniques like knitting in the round, using the magic loop technique to knit the crown of a hat, deciding what yarns to choose, or needing the support of a group to accomplish your goals.
Brigit will also provide you with a project planner so you can keep track of your projects and your timeline so that you can accomplish your holiday knitting and still have time to enjoy the season.
P.S. Since the first class is right after Halloween, feel free to bring a few of your left over candies to share with the group. You can even wear your costume if you want. LOL
As always, feel free to bring a snack or lunch as we knit right through the lunch hour.
