SHIPPING
All orders placed on regular business days will be shipped the following day (if in stock). You will be contacted by email to let you know that your purchase is on its way. All orders placed on days we are closed (Sunday and Monday) will be shipped Tuesday.
RETURNS
You may return new any unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the goods to us. We will not refund original postage costs. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) and the original receipt. Please do get a proof of postage receipt for the return shipping just in case your parcel goes astray.
In the case of damaged or wrongly delivered product you will be refunded your purchase total including all shipping costs.
PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously! All information is kept private and we will NEVER share your email or personal information. We will only use your information to contact you with regards to you purchase unless you would like to be added to our occasional email list, but that will only happen upon your request.
